I'm a Design Leader with 15+ years of experience driving UX Research, DesignOps, and Service Design transformations in large-scale organizations.

Most recently, I led the UX Research & Service Design team at one of Brazil’s largest financial institutions, where I grew the team from 2 to 11 specialists, built scalable frameworks, and introduced new CX metrics that shaped product direction and organizational culture.
